2. Scope of Work

ExtraShine Power Washing agrees to provide professional exterior cleaning services as selected above. Specific details and pricing will be confirmed in a written estimate or invoice before service begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe cleaning process, the client agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Remove or secure fragile items (e.g., outdoor furniture, décor, plants)
  • Keep pets and children inside during service
  • Ensure all windows and doors are closed
  • Notify ExtraShine of any known damage or sensitive areas

Failure to provide access or prepare the area may result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, Venmo.

Late payments (10+ days) may be subject to a 5% late fee per week.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee. Services may be rescheduled at no cost due to weather or unsafe conditions.

6. Liability Disclaimer

ExtraShine Power Washing is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures
  • Damage caused by water intrusion into improperly sealed areas
  • Cracked or loose windows, stucco, paint, grout, or siding
  • Electrical issues due to exposed fixtures or outlets

We are fully insured and will correct or compensate for any damage caused by our direct negligence.

7. Photo Consent

We may take before-and-after photos for internal records and marketing use. No identifying features will be shared without client permission.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge if it falls within the original scope of work.

9. Entire Agreement

This agreement represents the entire understanding between ExtraShine Power Washing and the client. No other oral or written agreements shall be binding unless signed by both parties.

10. Acknowledgment & Signature

By signing below, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Service Agreement.
