Welcome to ExtraShine Power Washing. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

ExtraShine Power Washing offers the following services to residential and commercial clients:

  • Surface Cleaning (driveways, patios, sidewalks, etc.)
  • Roof Washing (soft wash method)
  • House Washing (siding, stucco, brick, etc.)
  • Window Washing (exterior only)

Services are available throughout the East Bay Area in California.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing is based on the square footage and condition of the surfaces to be cleaned. Estimates are free and non-binding until a service agreement is confirmed in writing (email, SMS, or signature).

We reserve the right to adjust final pricing if the scope of work changes or conditions are different than originally described.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to all areas requiring service at the scheduled time, including:

  • Unlocked gates
  • Pets secured
  • Vehicles or obstacles moved

If access is not available and results in a delay or rescheduling, a $50 fee may be charged.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Zelle, Venmo, or other approved digital payments

Late payments beyond 10 days may incur a 5% late fee per week.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Liability & Damages

We take care to protect your property. However, ExtraShine Power Washing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration to surfaces
  • Water intrusion due to poor sealing or structural issues
  • Electrical issues from exposed outlets or fixtures

Clients must notify us of any known issues before service begins. We are fully insured and will address any damage caused directly by our negligence.

7. Property Conditions

We ask that you:

  • Remove fragile or decorative items from cleaning areas
  • Ensure all windows and doors are closed
  • Inform us of any delicate surfaces or known structural weaknesses

ExtraShine is not responsible for damage to surfaces not disclosed as delicate or already compromised.

8. Environmental Responsibility

We comply with California environmental regulations and use eco-friendly detergents when applicable. Runoff control methods are used in accordance with local laws.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to correct the issue at no extra charge if it falls within the original scope of work.

10. Use of Photos

We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and marketing purposes. No identifying features (e.g., house numbers or people) will be shared publicly without your permission. You may opt out by notifying us before service begins.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or small claims court within Contra Costa County, California.
